This adaptive reuse project transforms a commercial / industrial complex into a private performing arts facility with classrooms, studios, and a live theater space.
It is a venue for professional theater rehearsals as well as charter school focusing on music, dance and acting.
The project’s morphology was inspired by line drawings of dancers.
