CLING ABODE

Cling Abode is a playful addition clinging to an existing residence in Venice.

On a highly restricted lot, the client wanted a hip, separate unit to rent for top dollar including a bedroom + sleeping loft + two bathrooms.

Without modifying the 100 year-old building, we maximized space in a striking structure perched on tilted steel legs with views from the ocean to Hollywood.
